Each presenting author is entitled to submit only one full paper per registration fee (1 Paper = 1 Registration) before February 15 in order to be included in the proceedings.

All prices include French V.A.T (20%).

The registration fees include:

• Conference from 12^th to 15^th June 2022
• Morning and afternoon coffee breaks (every day, except during the tour day)
• Lunch break
• Visit on Tuesday 14^th June 2022 (information coming soon)
• ESCAPE 32 book of abstract if you registered before 1^st March 2022

Registration will be definitive only after reception of the payment.

Payment by bank transfer will not be possible after May 21, 2022.

Conditions for cancellation

Cancellations must be made by writing to escape32 @ toulouse-inp.fr (escape32 @ toulouse-inp.fr)
The registration of participation is binding.

• For any cancellation received before the 7th May 2022, registration fees will be reimbursed less 50 € for handling fees.
  No reimbursement will be made for cancellation received after the 7th May 2022.
• All registration made via purchase order are subject to these conditions for cancellation. As a result, all booking made by purchase order and cancelled after the 7th May 2022 must be paid in full.
• Participation is not guaranteed until full payment of the registration fee is received.
• The conference program may be subject to changes.

Visa Support

If you need a VISA for attending the conference, please send an email to escape32 @ toulouse-inp.fr (escape32 @ toulouse-inp.fr) to receive an invitation letter, with the following information:

• name and date of birth as it appears on your passport
• passport number and country of citizenship
• if applicable, the title(s) of your paper(s) accepted for the conference
